For the purpose of further development, Guangdong China-spirit Law Firm now invites legal practitioners or those who are ready to become a lawyer from all around the world to join us and play your role in our team.
    I. Partner--- investor and owner and policy maker of the Firm
    Requirement:1. Minimum three years experience of full-time lawyer;2. BA Law degree (LLB)or above; 3. Team work, communication skills, competence of independent case-handling and client catering, and the experience and competence of organization and management; 4. Practice area focused on international case, securities, finance, real property, intellectual property rights, 5. Commercial experience, Master’s degree (LLM) or above, judicial or procuratorial experience, overseas education or work experience and foreign language skills is preferable.
    II. Full-time lawyer (royalty or award salary): 
    1. BA Law (LLB) or above;2. Team work, communication skills, competence of independent case-handling and client catering;3. One year or more practitioner experience, Master’s degree (LLM) or above, other forms of legal work experience, overseas education, foreign language competence is preferable.
    III. Assistant lawyer: 
    1. Legal profession qualification certificate;2. BA Law (LLB) or above;3. Team work, communication skills;4. Master’s degree (LLM) or above, overseas education, foreign language competence is preferable.
    IV. Legal secretary:
1. College or above;2. Team work, communication skills;3. Master’s degree (LLM) or above, English competence is preferable.
